"Building Relationships with the Community Around Us"

Spring 2024 CSA

Following the growth and success of our 10-week CSA subscriptions at Clay Fish Farm, we are excited to announce the launch of our fourth 10-week CSA subscription for Spring 2024.

For those new to our site. or to the CSA concept more generally, you might be asking yourself, what is a CSA?  Great question. CSA simply stands for “Community Supported Agriculture” and essentially represents a partnership between the local community (you) and a farm (us). As part of our Spring 10-week CSA, your subscription/share will feature 6 items each week.  These items represent the “freshest of the fresh” we have on our farm that specific week and generally includes a leafy green/salad item (e.g. Kale, Arugula, Lettuce Blend, etc.), a Microgreen, and four early spring produce options such as radishes, beets, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, spinach, carrots, kohlrabi, and more!  Within the six items there will be selected choice options plus opportunities to "scale-up" your week's share--if you so choose--by adding additional items beyond the 6 or standard box.

For Spring, our CSA is rolling out on two separate start dates - March 23rd and April 6th – the March 23rd start date has sold out, but we have some spots available for the April 6th start date. The total cost for our 10-week Spring CSA is $300.  In terms of payment options, you can choose to pay the total amount up front, or you can choose to pay on a weekly basis ($30 each week).  Currently we only accept cash, check, or Venmo payments – we are however, working toward making ecommerce (electronic) payment options available directly through this site.  Weekly box pickups will take place at Tufts Park in Pinehurst with options for pickup on Wedensday afternoon or Saturday morning.

If you would like to join our Spring CSA, please complete the following form.
