What We Grow
"Fresh from the garden, free of chemicals and additives"
The Right Balance of Variety
At our farm we aim to grow and provide our customers with a variety of vegetable options to choose from. Of course we grow the classic veggie varieties such as crook neck squash, beef steak tomatoes, and blue lake green beans but we also grow and provide less familiar heirloom varieties such such as pattypan squash, Chinese red noodle beans, German pink tomoatoes, Star of David okra, and more.
In addition to veggie variety we also focus on the seasonality of our vegetables; choosing only to grow specific veggies at the most opportune time of the calendar year. Doing so, enables us to make sure our vegetables reach their highest nutritional value and offer optimal delicious flavor for our customers.
